Needle, thread and the local territory
The experience begins with a visit to the “Pina Pascente” atelier, where participants are introduced to the activities and learn more about the wool of local sheep together with the shepherd. Afterwards, participants can create a handmade cushion using wool and aromatic herbs, before concluding the experience with a toast and a tasting of local dairy products.

Passionate about her rural surroundings, characterised by pastures and flocks of sheep, Pina Pascente keeps alive a tradition connected to wool, which still plays a role in ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
Born in the area where she still lives, she began working from an early age on her family’s sheep and goat farm, gaining an in-depth knowledge of this world. Her experience offers visitors the opportunity to discover the world of sheep farming and learn about the value of wool and local traditions.
