The Cilento Scuba Dream Discover Scuba Diving experience is an introduction to scuba diving designed for those who do not hold a diving certification but want to experience the thrill of diving for the first time.
During an introductory briefing, a certified PADI instructor will explain the basics of scuba diving and guide the new diver step by step: how the equipment works, how to breathe, how to move and how to communicate underwater. You will then enter the water gradually, always staying in close contact with the instructor, until reaching a safe and sheltered seabed. Here, the sea takes on a whole new perspective: the silence, sunlight filtering through the water, curious fish swimming nearby and the sensation of weightlessness. It is an experience that combines excitement and awareness, designed to introduce you to the beauty of the Cilento underwater world in complete safety. 
A first step into scuba diving, but above all an opportunity to discover and connect with a marine environment that deserves to be known, respected and protected.
